Elan Harper is running to make sure that promise is kept, both for this generation and the next. Elan brings a rare combination of senior corporate leadership and real political experience. She leads the Canadian tax practice of a national accounting firm and has served in Ottawa for then-Member of Parliament Stephen Harper and Conservative Party Leader Pierre Poilievre.
She has led winning campaigns, including as Campaign Manager in Calgary Skyview, proving that disciplined leadership and strong execution deliver results.
Married for nearly 30 years, Elan and Robert raised two daughters and built their lives in the Calgary Confederation riding.
Elan believes Canadians succeed when government is competent, principled, and focused on outcomes, not empty promises. She is running to renew trust in public leadership and restore Canada’s confidence at home, its respect abroad, and opportunity for the next generation.
